Lets see what you came up with.

Simple Fork Lift

Postby Jeff Antonucci » Wed Jan 06, 2016 5:54 pm

I needed to move some old IC Engines across the yard to the shed so I thought I would have a go at a simple fork lift. It worked - I was able to lift and move the engines but it was really too much of a load for the lift strap. If I use it again I might have to use an electric winch motor. What are you guys using for lift motors these days?

Yes - I built it out of a snow blower mounting bracket and some heavy gauge C channel from Lowes. Yes weve had a ton of rain and warm temps. Its cold now finally.
