Farm Show Magazine- No 1. 2013

Postby Geo » Tue Jan 15, 2013 5:05 am

Check out the first issue of the year, page 4. They interviewed me on my John Deere electrics and solar charging. More publicity for the hobby...will have to start letting people know about the new site now. I'm going to try to bring them to PA in May as well.

Honestly, the biggest reason that I love this hobby is the people. Yesterday in the mail I get a large envelope from someone I never heard of in Missouri. When I opened it up there were two John Deere 90 manuals in it, one of which I did not have. The note inside went on to say the sender had owned a JD 90 and who he bought it from, who he sold it to and a nice little story about it. He found these manuals and thought I might like to have them- Wow! Unsolicited, out of the blue.

Really good people.

Oh be still my heart... I do remember speaking to you in VT and my comment to you was "You must be the only person in Missouri who doesn't collect Deere's"

As far as a conversion, well i don't know what i would do if the motor goes. Kolher is no longer making parts for the K series. Too durable i guess.
